Ingredients
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp half and half
- 1 tbsp plain cream cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp strawberry syrup
- A dash of dragon fruit powder (for natural pink color—no Red 40!)
Directions
Making strawberry cream cheese cold foam at home is quick and beginner-friendly.
Simply add everything to a small cup or jar and froth with a handheld frother until you reach your desired thickness. That’s it!
Pour or spoon the cold foam right on top of your iced coffee and enjoy immediately.
