Heyo! I’m Annaliese—the heart behind The Coffee Collect.
My love for coffee started simply, but over time it grew into a deeper appreciation for the moments that unfold around the cup. Some of the most meaningful conversations of my life, new friendships, quiet mornings with God, and creative moments have all been shaped by coffee.
For me, coffee became an invitation—to slow down, to be present, and to connect with God, myself, and the people around me. During my freshman year of college, that love turned into a vision, and The Coffee Collect was born as a space meant to feel warm, intentional, and welcoming.
This is a place where coffee doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. Of course I love a perfect coffee, but more importantly I love how coffee can be a simple way to make others feel seen, welcomed, and loved.
Above all, I pray that everything I create here may glorify the Lord and reflect His goodness.
