Let’s get to the recipe…

How to Make a Crème Brûlée Latte
- Pull 2 fresh shots of espresso.
- Steam the milk until silky and foamy. A good temperature to aim for is around 150°F (about 65°C). (If you don’t have a steaming wand on your espresso machine, click HERE to find more options on how to froth milk.)
- Add vanilla syrup and caramel sauce to your mug or glass.
- Pour in the espresso and give it a small stir to blend with the syrups, then top with the frothed milk.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sugar over the foam and torch it lightly for that brûléed effect.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top for a final sweet touch.
Iced Version
Craving something chilled? Drizzle caramel on the sides of a cup, fill it about ¾ of the way with ice, and add your milk. Mix the syrups with the espresso and pour it over the milk and ice. Top with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle. Enjoy!
